01Independent diagnosis

Tell us where enquiries go wrong. We diagnose before we recommend anyone.

Describe what happens to an enquiry between arriving and getting a real reply. You get a written diagnosis, read and signed by a person. If the fix is something you can do yourselves, we will say so.

  • No public brief
  • No supplier spam
  • Read by a person
  • Nothing to pay until we have spoken

02Recognisable problems

Start with what is going wrong, not a service category.

RightBrief is currently working on one problem: how UK businesses handle an enquiry from the moment it arrives to the first meaningful reply.

  1. 01Enquiries arrive, then sit while everyone assumes someone else has them.
  2. 02First response takes days, and nobody can say how many.
  3. 03Follow-up depends on who happens to remember.
  4. 04The CRM exists, but nobody trusts the pipeline inside it.
  5. 05Marketing says the leads are good. Sales says they are not.
  6. 06Enquiries move by hand between the web form, email, WhatsApp and the CRM.

03How the diagnostic works

Diagnosis before supplier search.

One problem, a real conversation, then a written brief you can challenge line by line.

  1. 01

    Describe the problem

Tell us what happens to an enquiry between arriving and getting a real reply. A few minutes, in your own words, on your problem rather than a service we have already decided to sell you.

    No technical vocabulary needed
  2. 02

    We call you

A founder calls to test whether we have understood the problem and whether it is worth diagnosing at all. If we do not think it is, we will tell you and that is the end of it.

    About twenty minutes, no charge
  3. 03

    Commission the diagnosis

We interview the people who actually touch an enquiry, look at how the work really flows rather than how the process document says it does, and write the brief.

04Example diagnosis

More than a list of technologies.

A useful diagnosis shows what the evidence points to and where our certainty runs out.

Example business problem

“We get around 500 enquiries a month, but follow-up depends on the individual salesperson and we cannot see what happened to any given lead.”

This is a fixed illustration, not an input field.

Illustrative diagnostic reading

Early view · further evidence required

What appears to be happening
Nobody owns the enquiry once it arrives, so follow-up varies by salesperson and managers cannot see where leads are being lost.
Likely business consequence
Workable enquiries are going cold, while pipeline reporting makes follow-up look more consistent than it is.
Evidence still required
Response times, lead sources, ownership rules, how the CRM is actually used, and how many enquiries ever get a second attempt.
What may be fixable internally
A named owner, a first-response standard and basic CRM reporting may fix enough of this before anyone buys software.
Outside expertise that might be warranted
If the process cannot be configured in-house, a CRM and automation specialist who has done lead management before. Not a general developer.

05Privacy and matching

Private first. Explained recommendations second.

Your requirement is never published as an open lead. Your identity stays hidden until you pick someone to meet.

Controlled disclosure · How introductions will work

  1. Your business

    Identity hidden
  2. Anonymised requirement

    Problem, context and constraints
  3. Suitable specialists

Once the network is recruited, relevant providers will be asked whether the work fits
  4. Introduction

Automation and CRM specialist

Strong fitQualitative assessment

Why they may fit

  • Comparable lead-management work
  • Relevant CRM and automation experience
  • Project size matches their usual engagements

We are in the pilot and no specialists have been recruited yet. This is the shape a recommendation will take, not a provider we can introduce you to today. Sourcing is a separate step you can ask for once you have the diagnosis, and most of what follows here is not built yet.

06Human review and incentives

The recommendation should serve the buyer.

RightBrief is early, founder-led, and operated by Web Project Studios Ltd.

Who reviews the work

A founder reads and signs every pilot diagnosis.

A person interviews you and writes the brief. Nothing is routed straight to a junior or sent out as unchecked model output. If nine questions and a model could answer this properly, you would not need us and we would not charge you.

How we are paid

You pay us, so you are the client.

Buyers
£300 plus VAT during the founding pilot. The standard price will be higher. You pay after the call, once we both agree the problem is worth diagnosing.
Specialists
None are recruited and none pay us anything. Sourcing specialists is a separate step you can ask for afterwards, and it is not how this pilot is funded.
Web Project Studios
WPS builds the kind of systems this diagnostic points at. It does not quote for work RightBrief has diagnosed. If that ever changes you will be told before the diagnosis starts, not after.
Recommendations
No specialist can pay for placement, ranking or a kinder assessment.

Operating principleNo bidding for position. No sponsored matches. No race to buy your contact details.
