Example business problem
“We get around 500 enquiries a month, but follow-up depends on the individual salesperson and we cannot see what happened to any given lead.”

01Independent diagnosis
Describe what happens to an enquiry between arriving and getting a real reply. You get a written diagnosis, read and signed by a person. If the fix is something you can do yourselves, we will say so.

02Recognisable problems
RightBrief is currently working on one problem: how UK businesses handle an enquiry from the moment it arrives to the first meaningful reply.
03How the diagnostic works
One problem, a real conversation, then a written brief you can challenge line by line.
Tell us what happens to an enquiry between arriving and getting a real reply. A few minutes, in your own words, on your problem rather than a service we have already decided to sell you.
No technical vocabulary neededA founder calls to test whether we have understood the problem and whether it is worth diagnosing at all. If we do not think it is, we will tell you and that is the end of it.
About twenty minutes, no chargeWe interview the people who actually touch an enquiry, look at how the work really flows rather than how the process document says it does, and write the brief.

Why they may fit
We are in the pilot and no specialists have been recruited yet. This is the shape a recommendation will take, not a provider we can introduce you to today. Sourcing is a separate step you can ask for once you have the diagnosis, and most of what follows here is not built yet.
06Human review and incentives
RightBrief is early, founder-led, and operated by Web Project Studios Ltd.
Who reviews the work
A person interviews you and writes the brief. Nothing is routed straight to a junior or sent out as unchecked model output. If nine questions and a model could answer this properly, you would not need us and we would not charge you.
How we are paid
Operating principleNo bidding for position. No sponsored matches. No race to buy your contact details.
07Start with one problem
Describe the problem in your own words. We will call you to work out whether it is worth diagnosing, and tell you if it is not. The written diagnosis is yours whether the right next step turns out to be an internal fix or outside help.
